Next Tue: Build Securely Speaker Series w/ HackerOne CEO
RSA is coming up and to kick off festivities, we're hosting HackerOne CEO Marten Mickos at Heavybit for a talk on User Privacy & AppSec next Tue Feb 18 from 6-8:30pm.

With code changes shipping more often and faster than ever, the increase in the risk of revealing sensitive info about your users has increased the responsibilities of your team and demand on your product. So whether you're an early-stage founder, developer, or PM, it's important to be secure from the start.

In this Speaker Series presentation, Marten will discuss:

  • The emergence of DevSecOps, and how closely this movement is intertwined with the increasing demand for strong user privacy;
  • Strategies for building securely and ensuring user privacy from the earliest stages of your company; and,
  • Examples of different security models and processes at later-stage dev and enterprise software companies that you can integrate into your own company.
