Stripe has built Sorbet, a static type checker that is 100% compatible with Ruby. They've already started adopting Sorbet at Stripe but are looking for early feedback before it becomes available Summer 2019. 
On March 26th, 2019, almost three years after the last jQuery security vulnerability was disclosed, Snyk learned about a new security vulnerability affecting the same popular jQuery frontend library.
